1 - INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

Our Site may contain links to third party websites. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for, these outside websites or their content. 6 - CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

YVELLÈNE recognizes the privacy interests of children and encourages parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. We don't wish to collect personal information from anyone under the age of sixteen (16). If you are under eighteen (18), we require that you get your parents’ or guardians’ consent before purchasing anything.

7 - SECURITY

We are committed to offering our customers a safe and secure environment. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, no security measures are failsafe and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information, no transmission over the Internet can ever be guaranteed secure. Any payment transactions are handled by Shopify, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay and their 3rd parties.  We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us.Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access your online account, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. Our site may, from time to time, contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of such sites.
