Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Alipay.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. Use this number to track your order's progress and know when to expect delivery. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your order to be scanned into the shipping carrier's system, which is necessary for an estimated delivery date.
How long will it take to receive my order?
International orders generally arrive in 8 to 15 business days depending on the country they are shipped to.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been shipped.
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.
I have not received my package, what should I do?
If you did not receive your package by the expected delivery date, please check on the shipment by tracking your order. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email our Customer Service team, within 10 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further.
What is a Sales Tax?
Sales Tax, also known as VAT or GST, is a tax charged on the supply of goods or services.YVELLÈNEis generally registered for Sales Tax in all of the countries it ships to, so we'll charge you the Sales Tax as part of the checkout process. We collect Sales Tax from you on behalf of the local tax authorities and we then pay this directly to the local tax authority.
Will I have to pay Import Taxes or Duties?
It depends. Some countries are more comprehensive when it comes to collecting duties. Please be prepared as these are your responsibility if they are levied.
YVELLÈNE has no control over these charges and we can't tell you exactly how much it may cost you, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
For your convenience, here's a handy list of our most popular shipping destinations. Have a look: (info. update 01/12/2024)
- United States: no duties for orders below US $ 800
- France: 20% VAT
- Norway: no duties + 25% VAT
- Australia: 5% duties + 10% VAT (on both the value of the goods and the cost of transportation)
- Hong Kong: no duties (so no worries for you)
- Switzerland: 22 Fr. advanced fee + 8% duties + 8% VAT
* International shipping charges do not include duties. Those are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be collected before delivery.
* In addition if a package is refused due to customs/duties fees and the product returned, any fees charged for shipping to and from your country for the return will be subtracted from any monies due on the return.
What if i don't pay the customs duty?
If you decide to refuse the customs fee, we must confirm with the courier that your parcel will be returned back to YVELLÈNE before processing a refund for your order and in some instances a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order with us.
What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase, we will accept your return within 30 days of your purchase date.
